When I began to write this page, I planned to write an autobiography to impress you with my brilliance and successes over the past 18 years. Then it occurred to me you could care less about my accomplishments. You want to know IF I can help YOU. |

In 1982 I was pumping gas at a local filling station. I was married and had two of the prettiest girls you ever saw. My whole life was focused on making a living. I never thought I could make big money, because I'd always been told you needed money to make money. So I spent the first 35 years of my life just getting by with no real plan in life, except to put groceries on the table and survive until next month. I always made a living, but that was it. I just couldn't get ahead. Saving money was out of the question, there was nothing left to save. And every day was just boring. My biggest thrills in life were weekends (if I didn't have to work over-time) and vacations. Every morning I'd drag myself out of bed and go put in my time so I could exist until the next paycheck. Then It Happened. . . . One day I got an invitation to attend a seminar about how to make money in real estate without money or credit. This really appealed to me because I sure didn't have any. In fact I'd filed bankruptcy. I was skeptical, but then I got to thinking. What the heck did I have to lose? It's hard to believe but it's been 18 years now and over 1,800 properties I've personally bought since then. It still amazes me how just one, seemingly little decision can have such an incredible impact on a person's whole future and the direction it can take them. I gotta admit, I feel pretty lucky because I almost didn't go to that seminar. But, because I did, over 60,000 people have become my customers and more than just a few have gone on to become millionaires too. I'm probably responsible for making more people real millionaires, in the shortest period of time than anyone else in the world. I know I sound like I'm bragging but it's no different me bragging about my students than you bragging about your kids. I'm proud of my students and what they've done with what I've taught them. I know what you're thinking, "what's all this real estate stuff got to do with marketing?" You see, once I became an expert in real estate, I discovered a lot of people would pay good money to learn what I know. So I wrote a little book and sold it for $10 and it wasn't long before I did my first seminar. That was the birth of an information marketing business that would soon grow bigger than my real estate business and turn into a publicly held company that today is selling over $10,000,000 of information products annually. It's not what you know that makes you rich. . . it's what you do with what you know that'll make you rich. Once upon a time, there was a guy who'd traveled the world, learned every secret of lovemaking, ancient Chinese secrets of ecstasy, and knew 387 different ways to make love and drive a woman wild. . . . . . but couldn't get a date. There's a big difference between "knowing" and "doing." If you're serious about stepping up to big money, in a pleasant "white collar" business, being your own boss, having lots of free time, I can take you from "knowing" to "doing."
